The self-entitled 2002 debut by the Italian nature lovers was a true gem for passionate followers of Epic Pagan Celtic Folk Black Metal. Here we have the re-release of this highly melodic, compositionally intense opus. On this occasion “ Tráth Na Gaoth“, a mini album the heroes from Triest /Italy recorded in 2003, was added as a bonus. With a strong portion of folk influences Aisling achieve a great appeal in their noble sound, which is nicely enhanced with flutes and cellos. This is a very impressive combination altogether especially in combination with those glorious symphonic keyboards.
